There also is a weird flim over the corpses, like in certain lighting it looks like there are grey outlines on them. I can hear cameras constantly from everywhere in the map and it's extremely distracting. However the immersion and fear is washed away by the sound audio being completely jank. This level used to fill me with so much dread cause scary hospitals are almost a staple in any form of scary media. I had trouble seeing specifically in the lower level of The Kashmir by the Atlus' Statue and right before Atlus' sends security after the Spider Splicer. ![]() Minor notes on the Welcome to Rapture level is that it seems very dim, even though it's one of the more lit levels of the first Bioshock. Terrible pixel frames on signs, specifically Cohen's Art Collection sign. The descent into Rapture was good but I did notice a lot of elements struggle with working, lights flickering that shouldn't be flickering. To counter that the water elements with the lighting looks great. Specifically in Welcome to Rapture the fire from the crash looks terribly pixelated which I don't recall on the PlayStation version at all. ![]() However the Switch is already showing some struggles with the actual environment. The lighting itself actually looks amazing and the switch letting Bluetooth headphones connect (unlike Sony) let's you have a fully immersive experience. the plane crash and your first plasmid, look very good.
